Former Additional Director of National Science Foundation, Colombo, Sri Lanka. Experienced Senior Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the research and Education industry. Holds a PhD in Science Policy from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. Skilled in Science & Public Policy Research, Office Management & Administration, Strategic Project Planning, and STI Indicator Development & Analysis. Strong in Report Preparation, Editing and Proofreading. A community and social services professional and currently serves as a Resource Person in the above areas.
